Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

When a Miele Classic C1 won't power on or no longer responds to its suction control, the electronic unit is the usual culprit. Genuine Miele part 10357380 is the complete electronic control assembly (PCB with power switch, designation EDW2202/81 S2 KD) for the Classic C1 / S2000 platform. It regulates suction power and acts as the canister's main power control, and Miele technicians frequently recommend checking it alongside the motor when a Classic stops running.

Compatibility — this board serves the Classic C1 family and the S2 canisters it evolved from:
