Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Genuine Miele part 7330632 is the non-electric (straight suction) hose assembly for Miele's mid-size canister platforms. It is the correct replacement for any Compact C1, S4/S4000 or S5/S5000 canister used without an electric powerbrush, and it also fits the Complete C2 Hard Floor models. Both connecting end pieces come fitted — the swivel connector that locks into the canister and the upper collar your existing curved handle snaps onto (the handle itself is sold separately).
