    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This Miele plastic insert ring is a small but essential adaptor that lets Miele 35mm-neck tools fit onto standard 1-1/4 inch (1.25") vacuum wands. The ring seats inside the tool's 35mm neck and reduces the opening so it grips the smaller universal 1.25" wand securely.

It is the simplest, lowest-profile way to bridge the size difference without a bulky external adaptor. Press the ring into the tool's neck, then slide the tool onto your 1.25" wand for a firm hold.
