Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Compatible Models

The 11499750 caddie fits Miele canister vacuums in the Classic C1, Compact C2, S2 and S2000 families, and is also referenced for C2, S4 and S6 models that use standard VarioClip tools. It replaces the earlier discontinued holders 6991370 and 7513820.
