    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The genuine Miele separator RG assembly, part 11685359, is the complete cyclonic separator module for the Miele TriFlex HX2 cordless stick vacuum. Positioned between the dust bin and the motor, it spins the incoming airstream so heavier dust and debris are flung into the container while fine particles are kept away from the motor and pre-motor filter. This RG assembly is the full separator unit, supplied as a single replacement part.

    If your TriFlex has lost suction, is leaking dust back into the room, or no longer empties properly, a worn or cracked separator is a frequent culprit. Fitting the OEM separator RG assembly restores the cyclonic action the TriFlex depends on and protects the downstream motor from ingesting fine dust.
