Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's Oxygen Brightener comes already blended in, adding natural brightening to every load without a separate whitening additive. It is effective on the stains that define early parenthood — milk, formula, and spit-up — and it is safe for cloth diapers, so one detergent covers the whole nursery.

How to use

Add the soda to the wash, load baby's clothes, bedding, or diapers, and run a normal cycle. The bucket format keeps a long-term supply sealed and dry between washes.
