Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Nellie's Dishwasher Nuggets Pouch packs 24 pre-measured detergent nuggets into a light, cabinet-friendly pouch. Each nugget is one load — drop it in the dispenser, close the door, start the cycle. There is no scoop to fill, no powder to sweep up, and no guessing whether you used too much or too little.

At 24 nuggets, the pouch is the natural entry point to the format. It is sized for trying nuggets in your own machine, for small households that run the dishwasher a few times a week, and for packing along to a cottage, camper, or rental where a full-size container would be overkill.

To use, place one nugget in the dishwasher's detergent cup and run your normal cycle. Keep the pouch sealed between uses so the nuggets stay dry, and stash it upright in a cabinet or a travel bag.

From Trial Pouch to Full Tin

If nuggets become your routine, the 60-load tin (NADN-60) is the longer-running size.
