Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A genuine OEM replacement water tank for the Nellie's WOW Too cordless spray mop. The tank is where every clean starts — it holds the water and cleaning solution the mop sprays onto your floors — so if yours has cracked, warped, or gone missing after a deep-clean disassembly, this factory part puts your WOW Too back in business.

Made for the WOW Too

This tank fits the Nellie's WOW Too line, including the current WOW Too V2 spray mop (NWM-TOO-V2), which carries its tank internally in the base of the unit. It does not serve the original WOW Mop — that machine takes different accessories, so confirm which model you own before ordering.
