Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Orange with the FELIX print, 2333VOSE differs from the plain orange shell in two ways: the printed name on top, and a narrower listing, because SEBO records this one only against ET-1 power heads built with the switch. That detail is easy to miss and it is the reason to identify the head before ordering.

The cover is the molded top of the nozzle, screwed and clipped down over the belt and pulley. It gives the head its color and its printed identity, and it absorbs the impacts that come with cleaning around furniture and baseboards. Reach for a new one when the original has cracked, dropped a locating tab, gone brittle at a fixing, or worn through its printed surface after enough years of service. A shell that no longer closes flat lets dust into the drive area, which is the practical argument for replacing it rather than living with it.

Nothing internal comes in the box. This is the shell on its own, so the belt, roller, switch and fixings all carry over from the head being repaired. If a screw is chewed, SEBO catalogs its hardware separately, listing screw 3.9 x 25 as 0104 singly and 0104ER in a ten pack.
