Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A cord that only works when held at a certain angle, or one starting to fray where it leaves the machine, has stopped being an annoyance and become a hazard. Order code 5433DG covers the dark gray mains lead used on the AUTOMATIC X1, the AUTOMATIC X2 and the SEBO Duo, listed as item 9 on the Duo drawing.
On that sheet it belongs to the handle group, sitting beside the handle cable at item 3 and the switch cap with its holder at items 5 and 6 — the wiring run between the grip and the body of the machine. What arrives is a full-length lead rather than a repair section, terminated the way the factory terminated it so that it lands on the same internal connections.
Replace rather than tape when any of the following turn up: bare conductor showing anywhere along the jacket, a plug running warm or carrying scorch marks, a slice taken out by a doorway or a caster, or power that flickers as the cable is flexed. Work of this kind involves mains terminations, which suits someone confident with them or a service centre.
Route the new lead exactly as the old one ran, through every original clamp and guide. A cord pinched under a screw boss, or pulled tight where it enters the body, will fail again at that point of strain rather than lasting the life of the machine.
