Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 103166 is the complete back plate system for ProTeam's AviationVac, QuietPro BP, LineVacer, Super QuarterVac HEPA, Super QuarterVac, QuarterVac, MegaVac, CoachVac, Super CoachVac HEPA, and Super CoachVac, supplied as one finished assembly rather than as a list of harness pieces to match up on the bench.

It is the right call once a harness has reached the point where everything has gone at once: a cracked plate, webbing that has frayed past its adjustment range, buckles that no longer hold tension, and padding compressed flat from years of shifts. Replacing pieces individually stops making sense past a certain point, and this system installs into the existing backpack shell in a fraction of the time that piecing it together part by part would take.

Buying the individual pieces separately can even cost more once every piece needs replacing anyway, and it still leaves the labor of fitting each one to the others. A complete system arrives as a single matched assembly, so the install is fitting one unit to the shell rather than building a harness up from parts.
