Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Commercial 300 MECHANICAL uprights come apart for service far more often than a home machine ever will, and 01042ER answers that with ten 4 x 10 screws in one pack. A strip on the shelf means a rounded head never brings a job to a halt halfway through.

The 10 mm length is deliberate rather than incidental. It belongs in the shallow bosses, where anything longer pushes straight through the back of the moulding and anything shorter never reaches thread at all. Sorting spare fasteners by length instead of judging them by eye saves real time once a machine is upside down on the bench. On a fleet of these uprights the practical approach is to replace every screw in a housing while it is open, rather than returning tired ones to service and finding the same panel loose again a month later.
