    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    One screw lost off an ESSENTIAL G4 or G5 does not justify a strip of ten, and 01036SW1 exists for exactly that repair: a single 4 x 13 fastener with a Tx 20 socket, in the black finish SEBO uses where the head remains visible once the machine is assembled.

    Order by suffix rather than by measurement. The identical screw exists in plain finish as 01036 and will hold just as well mechanically, so the only thing deciding between them is the trim it lands in. The two are easy to confuse in a parts tray because nothing but the colour separates them. Typical reasons this one gets ordered on its own are a head rounded out by a bit that was a size too small, a screw dropped and never found during a bag-housing clean, and a black head that has been scarred badly enough to spoil the look of an otherwise tidy machine.
