Returns & Exchanges

Some fastening points need the load spread wider than a screw head manages on its own, which is why this M4 x 12 arrives with its washer already on it. Part 197 serves SEBO's X-series and G-series uprights, the 370 COMFORT, and the 300 and the 350.

Without that washer the head bites into the plastic beneath it and the joint slackens over months as the material creeps away from the pressure. With it, the clamping force sits on a broad ring instead of a narrow edge, and the panel stays exactly where it was torqued. That is also why the plain M4 x 12 without a washer is a different part number and not a substitute here.
