Ten button-head M4 x 12 screws to ISO 7380, bagged under SEBO part number 0199ER, sized for the shell and cover fixings on the C series canister. The single of the same screw is stocked as 0199.
The low profile of an ISO 7380 head is deliberate here rather than decorative: it sits down in its recess instead of standing proud where a hose, a chair leg or a doorframe would catch it. A canister is dragged behind its user all day, so the fasteners on the outside of the shell take knocks that an upright's never see. Ten is roughly what a full teardown consumes once the two or three that came out damaged are set aside, which is why the screw is bagged this way rather than sold one at a time. Screws that come out of a shell are rarely all reusable: some have picked up a burr, one has a rounded recess, and at least one has usually gone under the bench.
Both halves of the description have to match when ordering. M4 x 12 fixes the thread and the length; ISO 7380 fixes the head form, and a pan-head screw of identical thread will hold the panel but sit higher than SEBO intended. Fits the SEBO C1.1, C2.1 and C3.1. If the same fixing keeps working loose after a fresh screw goes in, the fault is in the boss rather than the fastener, and no new hardware will hold in a stripped thread.
