Where a plastic tip is wanted at the point the wand enters the power head, 6272PI is the SEBO telescopic wand for central vacuum systems supplied that way. Everything else matches the standard 6272CA: the same telescoping tube, the same locking collar, the same electrical path down to the head.
It fits the SEBO ET-1 and ET-2 power heads, switched and unswitched. The plastic tip is the gentler of the two options against the socket on the head, which is why it tends to be the choice when the fitting on an older head has already been marked, opened up or worn loose. Plastic against plastic does not accelerate that wear the way a harder tip does, and on a head that is otherwise sound it can be the difference between another few years of service and a replacement.
Set the length once for whoever does the cleaning and the wand holds that setting through the job. Order a new one when the tube has taken a dent, when the collar no longer holds its extension under load, or when the tip has split and the head has begun to rock on the joint.

Between the two versions the difference is confined to the tip. Handling, length adjustment and the way the wand meets the hose handle are identical, so an existing installation accepts either one without any other change. Keep the numbers straight when reordering: 6272PI carries the plastic tip and 6272CA does not.
