This genuine SEBO Shaft Extension is the OEM extension shaft for the SEBO X2, X5, and X8 upright vacuums. It lengthens the drive shaft within the power head so rotation reaches the driven components across the width of the brush assembly.
A worn or damaged shaft extension causes misalignment and play that let the brush drive run rough or lose engagement. Installing the correct SEBO extension restores proper alignment so the brush turns true and the drive stays quiet.
