The genuine SEBO Socket Cover TS-neck in light gray fits the FELIX White and the ET-1. It covers the electrical socket at the TS-neck where the power head connects, protecting the socket contacts and keeping that connection point enclosed.
When this cover cracks or goes missing, the neck contacts are exposed to dust and the connection can sit loose, leading to intermittent power at the power head. Handling and aged plastic are the common causes. Installing the correct light gray cover protects the socket and keeps the neck connection sound.
