Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details

Tilt lock body plate for MV-platform uprights, part B480-2214. Mounted to the vacuum body, this plate is the surface the tilt lock catches on, so the machine parks securely upright and drops to the cleaning angle only when the pedal is pressed.

The failure mode is gradual. The engagement face rounds over after years of use, and the vacuum starts to unlock on its own or requires a hard pull to recline. A new plate takes the guesswork out of that diagnosis and is far cheaper than replacing the body assembly.
