Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 98832 is Tornado's heated upright recycling extractor supplied kitted, which means the wand, hand tool and 33 ft Insider hose arrive with the machine rather than being sourced after it lands. Underneath is the Pro 500 with Perfect Heat: 13 gallons of solution, 13 of recovery, 500 p.s.i. and a 1,700 watt heater.
Buying kitted is the sensible call on a first purchase, or when a machine is joining a route where hoses and wands were never standardized. A coupling that does not seat is a more common reason a first job stalls than anything mechanical, and a kit sold against the machine takes that question off the table.
Recovery runs through a brushed AC motor rated at 150 inches of waterlift and 101 CFM, and the recycling circuit sends filtered water back to the solution tank so one 13 gallon fill covers more floor before a stop. Filters sit behind a hinged tank for cleaning, and a front-mounted gauge shows pump pressure while the pass is running.
It weighs 128 lbs, rides on 12 in. rear wheels and runs on two 25 ft cords, the heater being the reason for the second one. Tornado covers parts on this range for four years and the roto-molded body for ten.
