The genuine SEBO Valve Cover in gray black is a replacement housing panel for the FELIX series upright. It seats over the suction changeover valve area, sealing that section of the airpath and holding the internal valve components in position.
Because this cover forms part of the sealed airway, a crack along its edge or a broken retaining tab creates an air leak that the machine reads as lost suction at the floor and hose. Impact damage and years of clip stress are the usual causes. Installing the correct cover re-seals the valve chamber and returns full airflow to the cleaning head.
