Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Hinged panels fail at the pivot, which is exactly why this one is not sold as a bare moulding. Part 20124ER is the access door for the SEBO 370 COMFORT, supplied complete with its pivot axle and its return spring, so nothing has to be salvaged off a cracked original and refitted in the hope that it lasts.
Access doors take the worst of routine servicing. The hinge is worked every time the door is opened and closed, and the spring is under load the whole time it is shut. A door that has snapped at its pivot, or lost its spring tension, hangs open, rattles in use and will not sit closed against the housing. Since the axle is usually the first thing to go and the hardest part to improvise, the complete assembly is the sensible way to buy it. Fitted, it puts back a door that swings properly on its pin and stays shut when it is closed.
