Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Carpet that looks groomed but never quite comes clean is usually a brush problem rather than a suction problem. Part 4098ER is the complete brush roller for the SEBO 370 COMFORT, supplied with its drive pulley and its brush strip already fitted, so one order covers the whole rotating assembly instead of three separate components and an afternoon spent building them up.
Bristles shorten as they sweep. Once they no longer reach into the pile the roller keeps turning without agitating anything, and the machine relies on airflow alone to lift soil that airflow was never meant to lift on its own. Hair and thread wound around the core make it worse by adding drag, which loads the belt and shortens its life as well. The quick check is to lay a straight edge across the roller: if the bristles sit flush with the housing line rather than standing proud of it, the roller has done its work. Clear the old one of wound hair before the replacement goes in so the new bearings are not fighting a dirty mounting from day one.
