Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This light gray panel guards the brush strip area of the sole plate, and part 20118ER is the genuine SEBO cover for the SEBO 370 COMFORT. It encloses that stretch of the nozzle underside and protects the housing edge riding along the floor.
Constant contact with carpet and hard flooring scuffs the cover, and eventually cracks it or snaps a mounting tab off it. A loose one rattles as the machine is pushed, catches fibres and thread, and leaves the brush area open where it is supposed to be closed, which changes how air moves under the head. Replacing it returns a clean, properly sealed underside and takes the rattle out at the same time.
Light gray is the finish listed for the 370 COMFORT, and the condition of this cover says a good deal about how a machine has been used. Deep scoring across the face generally means grit; a snapped mounting tab generally means the cover has been levered off rather than released properly.
