Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Furniture legs, skirting and door frames all meet the bumper before they meet anything else on the machine. Part 20109ER is that light gray trim for the SEBO 370 COMFORT, supplied as a genuine SEBO replacement.
The strip is meant to be the sacrificial piece and it does that job well until it hardens with age, splits, or loses the clips holding it in its channel. After that the upright's own housing collects the marks and passes them straight on to whatever it touches next. It is the sort of damage that accumulates unnoticed until someone finally looks at the skirting board in a hallway that gets vacuumed every day. A new bumper restores the buffer and smartens up the front of the machine at the same time.
Light gray is the finish listed for the 370 COMFORT, and the shade is what separates this bumper from the equivalents used on other SEBO machines, so match it against the trim already on the vacuum. Fitting is a trim job with no tools of consequence involved.
