Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Carbon brushes are the wearing part of a vacuum motor. They ride against the spinning commutator to pass current into the armature, and as the carbon shortens the contact pressure drops away until the motor arcs, loses power and finally stops turning. Part 05117S is SEBO's replacement set, and one set serves three different suction motors: the 5468, the 1843/2 in its post-2001 form, and the 50465ER.
That breadth is why a single order line covers most of the upright range. Fits the AUTOMATIC X4, AUTOMATIC X4 Boost, AUTOMATIC X5, AUTOMATIC X7 Premium, AUTOMATIC X7 Pet and AUTOMATIC X8; the ESSENTIAL G1, G2, G4 and G5; the 370 COMFORT and ELECTRONIC 370; and the 300 MECHANICAL and 350 MECHANICAL. SEBO draws the carbon brush set at position 123 on the ESSENTIAL G4 / G5 parts diagram. Motors built before 2001 are the exception, and those take 0511/1 instead, so read the label on the motor rather than working backwards from the model name or the year the machine was bought.
