Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Four uprights share this one white moulding. SEBO 5721WE appears as item 30 on the drawing headed AUTOMATIC X7 X8, and the machines listed against it are the AUTOMATIC X4, AUTOMATIC X4 Boost, AUTOMATIC X5 and AUTOMATIC X7 Premium.
Everything hangs from this bar when the vacuum is picked up, so it deserves a look whenever the machine is already on its side for a belt change or a brush roll check. Two things give it away: fine cracks emerging where the arms meet the body, and a grip that yields slightly before the weight is fully taken. White plastic also keeps a record of its own history — grey transfer marks from door frames and skirtings build up long before the structure is in question — so a handle that looks worn out generally is. Changing it takes only the original fixings and a couple of minutes.
