Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Every other part in the cleaning head fastens to this one. Part 20200HG is the light gray chassis for the SEBO 370 COMFORT, supplied with the wire ties that route and secure the loom across it.
Chassis damage tends to come from a single hard knock or from years of flex around the fixing bosses, and it does not stay a local problem. Once a mounting point has split, whatever it held sits slightly out of true. Fasteners no longer pull up tight, the parts either side of the break begin wearing in ways they were never meant to, and a machine that used to run quietly develops a note it did not have before. Rebuilding the head onto a sound chassis is almost always a better answer than shimming and gluing around a broken one.
The wire ties included with this part matter more than they look. The loom crossing the head has to be held clear of the brush roll and the belt path, and a cable left loose after a rebuild will find something to rub against within a few hours of running. Replacing the ties as the chassis goes in means the wiring ends up dressed the way SEBO intended rather than tucked wherever it fits.
