Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This R30DANNV upright carries a distinct anniversary finish, arriving twenty years after Riccar first introduced the dual-path airflow design that the Tandem Air name identifies across the whole family. The mechanics underneath the special finish are unchanged from that platform: a bagged upright built around splitting airflow between the brushroll and the bag rather than routing it down one shared path.
Splitting airflow that way keeps the brushroll and the bag each drawing on their own share of suction instead of competing for one route, which is the reasoning Riccar gives for the design across every machine built on it. As a bagged upright, whatever comes up off the carpet stays sealed away here rather than sitting exposed in an open bin.
