Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Ordered as 50131HG, this light gray fitting works with the bag housing on the SEBO 300 MECHANICAL and 350 MECHANICAL, keeping the compartment located and aligned where it mounts to the machine. It is one of the parts nobody thinks about until the housing stops closing the way it used to.

When the fitting cracks, the housing loses its reference point and no longer closes squarely, which puts the bag seal at risk even though the shell itself may look perfectly sound from the outside. Suction loss then gets chased around the hose, the bag and the filters before anyone thinks to check a small mounting piece behind the compartment. The giveaway is a housing that needs a shove to latch, or one that sits slightly proud along one edge when it is shut. Renewing the fitting re-establishes the alignment the seal depends on and takes the strain off the latch.

The compartment it carries is bag housing 50100SE, supplied complete in gray black, with bumper base 50118HG protecting its lower edge. Inside sit bag holder 50125ER and the release mechanism made up of lever 50122OR, axle 50123ER and return spring 50124ER. If the seal is still suspect once the fitting is replaced, work through filter safety catch 50205ER and the pre-motor filter behind it, ordered as 5036AM, 5425AM or 5812ER, with bags as 5093AM.
