Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Sold as a complete assembly rather than a bare shell, 1846HG is the light gray front cover for the SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370.
Front panels take the punishment on an upright: doorframes, stair nosings, the corner of a heavy desk. Once the moulding is cracked or its fixing bosses have pulled through, the panel no longer sits flush, the parts behind it are left half exposed, and the machine picks up rattles it never had when new. A panel that has been running loose also works on its own mountings, so what starts as one broken boss tends to become three. Cosmetic damage is the visible half of the problem; the useful half is that a front cover sitting proud stops protecting what is behind it.
Light gray matches the external mouldings used across the 370 range, and the assembly arrives ready to fit rather than needing parts transferred across.

Genuine SEBO, usually shipping in 2–5 business days. Check the release and its seat while the front of the machine is open, since a cover that has been forced against a sticking latch has usually damaged both, and fitting a new panel to a worn release simply repeats the failure.
