We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Upgrade your retractable central vacuum system with the Hide-A-Hose HS6000 Pro Conversion Kit (Part #HS600054K). This kit replaces an original-series Hide-A-Hose (HAH) inlet valve with the newer, higher-performing HS6000 Pro valve without tearing into your walls or re-running tubing.

  • Includes an adapter plate that mates the HS6000 Pro valve to existing original-series rough-in housings.
  • Includes a complete HS6000 Pro valve, the current-generation Hide-A-Hose inlet with improved sealing and retraction reliability.
  • Lets you modernize one inlet at a time rather than replacing the whole installation.

The Hide-A-Hose system stores the cleaning hose inside your home's central vacuum tubing and retracts it out of sight after use. If your home was originally fitted with first-generation HAH valves, this conversion kit brings a single inlet up to HS6000 Pro standards. Designed and built by Hide-A-Hose for direct compatibility with original HAH-series rough-in valves.
