Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Hide-A-Hose HS6000 Series Pre-Plumb Rough-In (Part #HS600055) lets builders and installers rough in the wall opening and tubing connection for a retractable central vacuum inlet during construction, before the more costly finish valve goes in.

  • Establishes the correct rough-in geometry for an eventual HS6000R finish valve.
  • Reusable — it holds the position during framing and drywall, then comes out so the finish hardware can be installed later.
  • Defers the HS6000R finish-valve expense until trim-out, ideal for spec homes and phased installs.

In a Hide-A-Hose system the cleaning hose retracts into the wall tubing through an inlet valve. This pre-plumb rough-in (HS600055) marks and protects the inlet location for an HS6000-series valve so the trade can frame and finish around it accurately.
