Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Hide-A-Hose HS6000R Rough-In Valve Twist / Support Bracket (Part #HS6000ARM) is the T-shaped black-plastic arm that braces and positions the HS6000R rough-in valve during a retractable central vacuum installation.

  • Genuine Hide-A-Hose support bracket / arm for the HS6000R rough-in valve.
  • T-shaped molded black plastic that holds the valve's twist orientation while you secure it in the wall framing.
  • Direct replacement for a bracket that's cracked, lost, or missing from a rough-in kit.

In a Hide-A-Hose system the cleaning hose retracts into the wall tubing through the inlet valve, so the rough-in valve must be held firmly and correctly oriented before drywall. This twist/support arm (HS6000ARM) anchors the HS6000R in place so the finished inlet retracts and seals properly. A standard install component supplied by Hide-A-Hose.
