Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Ordered alongside the release itself as often as not, part 1819 is the dark gray seat that the front cover release pivots in on the SEBO 370 Comfort and Electronic 370. It is the mount, not the lever.
When the seat splits, a perfectly serviceable release wanders out of alignment and the catch either misses its keeper altogether or binds halfway through the stroke. That is why the two parts are so often confused: the symptom presents at the lever, but the cause is behind it. Fitting a sound holder gives the mechanism a rigid pivot again and takes the guesswork out of which of the two components actually failed.
