Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Teal is the C1.1 colour, and 6309TK is the matching variable-speed on/off pedal for it. The kit includes SEBO spring 6143, the small component behind the pedal's return action, and it covers both the C1.1 and the C2.1.

Symptoms that call for this part are easy to spot: the pedal stays depressed, the click loses its bite, or the suction setting drifts off where you left it. A control that is pressed with a foot several times a day for years eventually wears at the pivot and slackens at the spring, and the two failures arrive together far more often than either arrives alone. Fitting pedal and spring as a pair avoids the false economy of mounting new plastic onto a spring that is already tired.

Colour is worth getting right, because the shell of a C-Series machine is assembled from matched mouldings. A teal canister takes top casing 6127TK and cable rewind pedal 6006TK alongside this pedal, and teal green attachment covers 6382AM and 6380AM close the tool bay on the C1.1 and C2.1 respectively. Order 6309DR instead if your machine wears the red trim. The tool-bay panels follow the same rule: teal green cover 6382AM belongs to the C1.1 and 6380AM to the C2.1, so a colour-matched repair is a matter of ordering by number rather than by eye.
