Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

When an upright starts behaving unpredictably — cutting out mid-pass, ignoring a control, coming on when it should not — the board is where the fault usually lives. Part 20162ER is the printed circuit board for the SEBO 370 COMFORT.
Mechanically the 370 COMFORT is a straightforward machine; electrically it leans on this one assembly to read its switches and send power where it is needed. A board that has taken a surge, or shaken a solder joint loose over years of vibration, can sideline a vacuum that is otherwise entirely sound. Before condemning it, rule out the obvious upstream causes: a cord damaged where it enters the body, a connector that has worked loose in the neck, or a switch that has stopped making contact. Boards get blamed for faults that sit elsewhere in the loom.
Once the board really is the culprit, swapping it is a wiring exercise rather than a delicate one. There is no soldering involved, but photograph every connector before unplugging anything so the replacement goes back exactly as the old one came out, and dress the cables the same way they were originally routed so nothing is left to chafe against a moving part.
