Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Tension is the whole job here. The microfilter holder on SEBO's 370 machines is pressed against its seat by a small flat spring, and once that spring loses its set the holder sits loose, rattles in use and stops squeezing the filter into a proper seal. Part 1027 is that spring.
It is the sort of component that gets bent during a hurried filter change and never quite recovers afterwards. The symptoms read plainly enough: a holder that will not click home, a buzz that appears only at full suction, or fine dust escaping around the edge of the filter instead of being caught by it.
